- I’m the sole architect, designer and builder of bespoke web applications written in JS/TS/React/Node/Express/Fastify hosted on virtual machines but moving more towards Azure Container Instances
- Some of the projects I've worked through are the Temperzone Work Portal, an agile project I created to share common services across apps and to provide a central place where users can action any tasks, manage settings and their day-to-day approvals for the business’ workflow apps all written inhouse
- Each application focusses on a different business problem and integrates with Office365, Sharepoint Online, Azure Storage and Azure AD
- We’ve also integrated some of the applications with our ERP system to facilitate data validation within our applications
- In addition to delivering impactful projects, I have actively contributed to the professional growth of our team
- I undertook the mentorship of a junior engineer, guiding them through a comprehensive6-month program to build out the Expense Claim system
- This mentoring experience not only enriched the junior engineer’s skill set but also fostered a collaborative and knowledge-sharing culture within our team
- One of my current projects is writing a service in Typescript to listen to events out of Microsoft Graph for users and groups to then update relevant systems accordingly
- The solution is deployed using Azure DevOps and hosted in an Azure Container Instance
