Past Adventures

  • Five years doing my OE. Traveled through Asia to Nepal and then did an overland adventure from Kathmandu to London. Did Cycle tours in Ireland Scandinavia and Europe spent two ski seasons in the French Alps working as a Chalet girl and ski guide.
  • Did Cycle tours in New Zealand and have done several of the major tracks, including the Old Ghost Road the Heaphy track the Timber Trail and some of our own adventures, including a recent trip following a combination of the Sounds to Sounds bike ride and the Te Arabia Trail through the Molesworth The rainbow Maruia saddle and back through to Greymouth
  • Historically, I have done many tramps starting as a 14-year-old. I have done a lot of tramping around Southland and Otago on minor tramping routes. The more mainstream tramps I’ve done include many of the iconic New Zealand tracks: the Routeburn, the Milford, the Heaphy, the Abel Tasman and most recently the Hump Ridge.
  • Last year, on my own, i I did a small cycling tour around Brisbane environs, camping
  • Meeting new people- One of my superpowers is being able to talk to just about anybody and finding out their stories. This is kept alive by my insatiable curiosity about the world around us and the people who inhabit this earth.
