  • Working with Team Leader - Interagency Administration to draft and communicate necessary information the wider business
  • Creating reports from manual spreadsheets and working with the Team Leader - Interagency Administration to quantify and present information about volumes and issues raised.
  • General administrative tasks to support the Team Leader - Interagency Administration meet work programme outcomes
  • Manage the Business Initiated Transfer Referral and Register by ensuring requests are within guidelines and are updated as circumstances change, and ensuring that that housing needs assessments are requested where required.
  • Liaise with the Ministry of Social Development (MSD) by reviewing and following up on tenancy queries refereed to MSD for completion or response.
  • Coordinate the bi-monthly Refugee Intake from when potential cases have been identified, allocating properties and communicating with the wider business and the Refugee Centre on potential properties and managing the sign-up process.
  • Provide administrative services to the National Home Safety Service by recording, referring and following up on all referral, including addressing non –conformance, escalations, queries and any programme or process training.
