In this role, I support clients with a variety of aspects of optical care. This includes: general administration duties, reception of clients, conducting eye examination pre-screening, fitting, adjusting or repairing glasses

• Effective verbal and written communication with customers of all outlooks and walks of life
• Responsive and adaptive organisation and time-management skills, completing duties alongside and in between serving clients.
• Meticulous filing and record management in a mixed paper and digital system.

• Supporting individuals in the community on bail and electronically monitored bail.
• Working collaboratively with individuals, their whānau, and legal counsel to make strong bail proposals that address unmet needs.
• Confidence to apply my learnt skills adaptively to new problems in a variable role.
• Connecting people with programmes and services that will help them succeed while on bail, including addiction services, counselling, or driving courses.
• Creating, preparing, and delivering technical suitability reports to various governmental organisations.
