• In order, join the parts with bolts, rivets, clips or screws.
• Check that each component is in the correct place.
• Test assembled equipment to make sure it works appropriately.

• Projects items manufactured on time to specification, on budget and by a high-quality standard.
• Assist assigned staff (if any) in developing their skills and work practices.

Inwards Goods

• Operating warehouse equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, to move and store items.
• Ensure all goods ordered to jobs are clearly labelled with their Job Number, listed on Job Cards and placed on Job Parts Racking.
• Ensure that all urgent items are delivered to Material Handlers as soon as they have been checked off and booked in. Check quantities on packing slips match what has been shown.
• Put away inward goods in the appropriate bin as soon as it arrives.
• Ensure all goods received internally and externally are in acceptable condition.
• Receive goods in on Vantage, label and place them on appropriate pallets to be sent to the Material Handlers.
• Unloading and checking deliveries against purchase orders and other documentation.
• Sorting and storing items in their designated locations in the warehouse.
• Maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring that items are correctly labelled and tracked.
• Selecting and preparing items for shipment, including packing, labelling, and generating shipping documents.
• Ensure that all paperwork is filed at the end of each day (including all consignment notes).

• Prepare the surfaces to receive the cladding. This involves cleaning, levelling, and sometimes applying a waterproof membrane.
• Waterproofing exterior, including all windows, doorframes and ventilations.
• Measure and cut cladding materials to the required sizes and shapes.
• Depending on the project specifications, install cladding materials onto the building structure, which include framing, sheathing and insulation. The materials may be attached to the building using adhesives, mechanical fasteners, or clips.
