As an interim worker, I worked in several institutions specializing in autism.
I had to adapt and be effective very quickly.
Communication is the key to my job, whether it’s with residents, families or my work colleagues.
I also trained other temporary staff who came to my service.
I learned to manage my stress in emergencies, to be well organized and effective when we were understaffed.
Manage the finances of the pavilion following the multiple outings and activities.
For my last internship I had to manage a department of 30 patients, take care of the organization of patient planning and communicate with other health professionals. Managing emergencies. The relationship with the patient’s family was very important in this internship and they had to be constantly reassured.
During these 5 weeks, I welcomed, referred and supported the various patients that I was able to take care of.
I was involved in planning, organizing and prioritizing the service.
My good organization allowed me to always be ahead of the tasks imposed ( know how to sort the cared for from the most important to the least important, do the protocols correctly.)
I was able to make decisions following emergencies, I´ve managed both my own stress and that of the patients.
My team spirit allowed me a good collaboration with the different health care teams.
My minimalism and good memory have made it possible for me to never make a medical mistake.
For my first internship, which lasted 5 weeks, I went to the patients homes. I have acquired several skills including respect for their privacy, collaborating and communicating with other caregivers and patients.
I started as a diver. Then I helped prepare desserts, starters and tapas.
I also helped the chef make the desserts and starters.
Lots of communication, organization and cleaning of the kitchen and work surfaces.
I also work in the department,
Customer relations, ordering and bringing dishes.
During my summer job, I had to maintain several houses and clean and rearrange each room.
But also maintain the linens, clean and dust. Take care of animals in the house with specific instructions from the client.
2010-2014
I gave a few classes in gymnastics before my training. I also helped clean the gym after each training session and competition
2012-2014 :
I have completed training to be able to arbitrate young people of my age for 2 years in my rugby club.
2016-2024 :
I have participated in many rugby gatherings, we went to different countries like Italy, Dubai, Spain, Portugal, France. I was part of the 100 best players in France in 2020.
