I am a passionate woman who holds humanity and human rights above all other values. I believe that humanity is the key to all human interactions and is important also in professional work. In past work settings, I have always gone the extra mile to ensure a good work environment for my coworkers and more importantly the wellbeing and support of my clients. This also helped to achieve the best work possible for my employers. The base building my ethnic compass is inclusiveness, not based on abilities or skills, but on the fact of being human. Important to me in all my work is a holistic approach.

Personal Pedagogy Philosophy

My professional as well as personal opinion is that every person is capable of development and learning, regardless of personal characteristics, abilities and age. I am convinced that human learning always takes place in the interpersonal and therefore requires a social setting. To support people in their personal development, I see my pedagogical role in supporting them to be given the opportunity to become empowered at their respective levels of development. Here I refer to all human learning throughout an individual's life which always takes place in a community setting. Accordingly, this principle can also be described as a learning community. My pedagogical focus and an important condition for the achievement here lies in the trust, responsibility and independence of each person or client. In my opinion, the competences and will of the person concerned form the basis of a successful pedagogy, which has the goal of empowerment, self-immolation and self-determination.
