  • Followed the BSLA (Better Start Literacy Approach) Programme, managing 5 groups to help students develop a strong foundation in reading and writing skills.
  • Planned and taught lessons in alignment with Te Mātaiaho.
  • Used assessment data to plan lessons, track student progress, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborated with students, other team members and whānau to inform my teaching practices.
