I Shane Corbett Production Manager for CMP New Zealand LTD have known Makamoeafi since 09.06.2021. Makamoeafi started as a Temporary Staff Member dated above. CMP had a major contract at that time, Makamoeafi worked well with the team and was taken on as a Fixed Term Contractor on the 16/03/2022. CMP extended his contract until 19.09.2023. CMP has had an unforeseeable and dramatic loss of customer orders that has led reducing staff to a minimum. This had led to Makamoeafi's contract not being renewed. Makamoeafi has been a pleasant that has worked well in his teams environment, has gained skills in a heavy duty transofrmed production factory. Makamoeafi Molia was employed by Metro Performance Glass from 17 Jan 2019 to 14th Feb 2021. During this time, he was an important part of the dispatch department. Makamoeafi was responsible for loading customer and company vehicles with a wide range of glass products. He consistently carried out his duties efficiently and with care, contributing to the smooth operation of daily dispatch activities. He was a reliable employee who arrived on time, worked hard, and maintained a positive attitude in the workplace. Makamoeafi worked well with others and followed instructions effecitively, even in fast-paced environment. Makamoeafi left Metro Performance Glass to pursue a different career path.
