CHURCH LEADERSHIP - Primary President (March 2017 - current)
Requires voluntarily offering time and effort towards running the Sunday School programme for children aged 18 months to 11 years old, including -
Preparing lessons monthly, and organising quarterly activities
Ensuring classes are split correctly according to age, and that class sizes are manageable
Orientating newly assigned teachers and following up regularly
Budgeting and reimbursements
Keeping track of yearly progressions and achievements
Openly communicating with parents and families to best meet the needs of each child
