• Coordinate between consultants, sub-contractors, property owners and other utility services for assigned projects.
• Supervise office staff for administrative works. Coordinate and review contract and shop drawing submittals.
• Review and process construction for project design submittals as per standards. Ensure compliance with submitted contract documents.
• Inspect work sites, schedule and check project plans and drawings. Supervise CAD Department.
• Ensure shop drawings and related documents are Delivered on time. Analyze and recommend changes to contracts.
• Prepare necessary amendments in contract drawings.
• Manage and submit all reviewed drawings for further approval. Provide assistance to project engineering and construction team.
• Prepare project records with details; Preparation of Geometric Design, Main Roads, Internal Roads, Parking, Setting out details, Grading Design Plan, Earth Works, Road Profiles, Cross Section, Gantry, Road Sign & Road Marking.
• Sewerage, Storm water, Water, Chilled Water, Future Ducts, Electrical ducts, LV and MV Networks, Telephone, NDRC and all Other Utilities.
• NOC Drawings, Traffic Diversions, Detours, As built Etc...
• Structure Dimensioning Details, Bridge Bearing Setting out Details.
