- Compliance: Ensure that the company's fleet complies with all applicable regulations
- Vehicle registrations (rego) are valid and renewed on time
- Schedule WoF (light vehicles) and CoF (heavy vehicles) inspections at required and service schedules for each vehicle
- Track fuel consumption: Monitor fuel usage, identify areas for improvement, and implement fuel-efficient driving practices
- GPS vehicle location: Use GPS tracking systems to monitor vehicle location in real time to optimize routes, respond to emergencies, and prevent theft
- Claims Processing: Filing and managing insurance claims in the event of accidents, theft, or vandalism
- This involves working with the insurance company to ensure a fair settlement and timely repairs
