• I worked 5 years in Callao Plant. Then, I was moved to the new greenfield plant called Lurin Plant in March 2007, to look after the installation and commissioning of the electrical and electronic equipment, achieving record targets on timeframe and budget. I finished as Cold End Coordinator from March 2011.

In Callao Plant:

• Managed a group of electrical and electronics technicians in charge of the electrical and electronic maintenance.
• I was in charge of the electrical and electronic department.
• Minimized downtime with the preventive maintenance on time and effectively.
• In charged of the electrical & electronic installation and commissioning of new machines.
• Assisted successfully mechanical, furnace and cold end departments.

In Lurin Plant:

• Managed a group of mechanics, electrical and electronics technicians and engineers, in charge of the electrical and electronic maintenance as well as the set up of inspection equipment.
• Installation and commissioning of new machines from Batch House to Cold End.
• Developed a temporary preventive maintenance in a spreadsheet to maintain the new equipment in good conditions.
• Always looking on equipment reliability, sometimes improving original design and checking for cost reductions.
• Developed the conversion option on the palletisers to change from small to bigger pallet and viceversa.

• Supported many times different regional plants in fault findings and new installations.

• First 2 years working for Friesland Peru S.A. (a dairy food company) as Electronic Technician in the new greenfield plant, installing and commissioning all the equipment.
• Was part of the installation and commissioning of the equipment.
• Received training and I trained the maintenance team and the operation crew.
• Created a preventive maintenance program to reduce downtime for critical systems.
• Calibrated electronics components and systems to optimize the performance.
• The company was bought for Gloria S.A. and I was promoted as Electrical & Electronic Supervisor looking the plastic, cardboard and can areas as well as the dairy food area.

• Installed and commissioned new packaging area.
• Upgraded field equipment, hardware and software platforms in a furnace major repair by implementing automation.
• Maintained the pack centre, furnace and forming machines in good conditions.
• Was shift electronic looking after the whole plant.
• Was part of a furnace rebuilt, in charge of the installation and commissioning of new electronic controls and field equipment.
