Day to day control of stock movements , Implement shearing drenching vaccinating etc of store lambs we trade around 4000 each season. Also run 250-300 Ewes to clean up lane ways which we lamb down .We do all of our own Tractor work from cultivation to drilling , fert spreading and crop spraying, Fencing servicing the farm machinery .

I was based on a 130ha dry stock block at winslow we ran R2 Heifers along with growing winter feed and supplements for the season. I was involved with the other support blocks from stock movements, drenching Vaccinating and all other animal health that was required. We did all of our own mowing had 2 set of tripple mowers , Cultivation through to drilling. Putting up new fences with the driver and piviot servicing.

Day to day running of the 1800ha hill property of which 400ha was developed flats. Stock wise we ran 4000 Perendale ewes 1400 hgts 250 Angus Cows 50 replacement Heifers along with some Dairy support. I had direct supervision of staff and contractors .Had control of all stock movements feeding schedules mustering shearing tailing Calf marking ,Mating weaning and working with agents. General farm maintenance fencing servicing of the gear .

Started as a shepherd and moved onto a Stock Managers roll , running 3000 Coopworth Ewes 1600 hgts 540 Angus Cows along with 5000 Merino weathers which were on the hill 11 mths of the year and only came home for shearing.Job included all aspects of farm Maintenance , cultivated around 120ha a year for winter feed and re grassing
