Maria Jacquelyn Bush

1/6 Breakwater Road, Bluff Hill,Napier

Summary

I am a dedicated and enthusiastic beginning teacher. Inspiring to be a positive role model for tamariki and help our future generation to be the best that they can be. I believe that it is vital for a great educational outcome to have a positive impact on a child's life. I'm committed to honouring Te Tiriti o Waitangi and creating engaging lessons that cater to all diverse learning needs. Dedicated to fostering a supportive learning environment as well as fostering and maintaining positive relationships with ākonga, staff, whānau and the wider community. I understand just how important it is to have knowledge of Māori culture, history, and the language to be a kaiako in New Zealand, and I am always wanting to further my Te Reo Māori, Te Ao, Mātauranga Māori and Tikanga knowledge as well as my Pasifika language and cultural knowledge.
