I have worked in the Early Childhood field for over 36 years, during this time I have had experience in all age groups, currently working in a Preschool room. I have also had experience at working as a Head Teacher for over 10 years. I have had the pleasure of being in a centre that is very nature based and have seen the benefits of how children learn in nature, this is an area of my work that I love. I have been proactive in incorporating sign language into the Preschool room.
