Summary

I am an accomplished facilitator and manager of learning, devoted to learner needs and achievement. My employment satisfaction comes from supporting learner/staff success to overcome personal, social, professional and behavioral challenges leading to positive future educational/professional pathways. It is important to me to understand my team as individuals to best support their journey, and invest in the future they want for themselves. This allows me to tailor my approach to meet my teams' individual and collective needs. It is my ongoing hope, to be part of making a lasting difference in people's lives long after our paths have crossed.
