I would definitely say I'm a driven Retail Assistant Manager with extensive experience at Smith's Sports Shoes. I really do love the job I am currently doing, and I have done so ever since I left high school. I have been able to build very good friendships with my boss and his family. However, looking long term or into the future, personal training, managing a gym, or buying into a franchise is a major aim or goal I am persisting to achieve. Customer service and product knowledge expertise are huge factors within my current job. I love helping people, I love meeting new people, and sharing the knowledge I have, confidently knowing that what I say is going to be helpful or insightful. While ensuring KPIs exceeded 42% and boosting turnover, I have always had a major passion for fitness and sport when I'm not injured. Overall, personally, I would say I do have a lot of patience, for which I am grateful that this job has definitely taught and tested me, but am very excited for what this type of career can offer.
