• Responsible for a team of 15 agents
• I raised our NPS score from 15 to 50 in 9 months
• I won Team Leader of the quarter 3 times in a row
• Duties included:
• Daily statistics reporting to the operations manager
• Coaching agents to improve results
• Escalation resolution
• Interviewing new staff
• Queue monitoring
• Performance management and disciplinary procedures
• General assistance to all agents
• Sole manager on early and late shifts
• This was a highly demanding role in a fast changing and complex industry
• I resigned amicably to pursue a new challenge without shift work.

• Inbound call centre assisting customers with technical and billing issues
• Highly complex computer systems and dealing with a huge array of scenarios
• I lead the team in customer satisfaction results (NPS)
• In June 2019 I was invited to India for 3 months to train new agents in billing queries
• This was a huge challenge and a wonderful experience which yielded positive results
• Upon my return I was promoted to Business Care which I quickly mastered
• I then successfully applied to the Team Leader role.

• BCITO qualification gained after 3 years of practical demonstration.

• Worked my way up from small local productions to large international productions

• I left the industry when my daughter was born for a more stable lifestyle.

• Enforcing court orders, serving documents
• Promoted to Deputy Registrar, processing documents and running civil court disputes.

• Inbound call centre dealing with MGF customers and resolving their issues.

• Supervising a team of 15 staff stocking the store for the following day.

• Ordering stock, supervising staff and general duties
• Sole manager on weekends.
