Erect, Erect, modify and dismantle scaffolding as per NZ Standards and job specifications Completion of risk assessments before each task and where the scope of work has changed. Interpret plans, drawings and written instructions and comply with project specifications to complete works. (as applicable to job role) Meet both quality and productivity targets in erecting and dismantling scaffolding Ensure erected and tagged scaffold, is accompanied by a completed handover certificate and job card in accordance with site, client and or project specific instructions (as applicable to job role) Participate in and contribute to daily pre-starts, weekly tool box meetings and other health and safety initiatives and training. Report all hazards, incidents and near misses to Supervisor and or HSE Advisor and all other applicable and notifiable employees Comply with company and site PPE requirements at all times Provide direction to labourers as required Creation and compliance with JHA’s/SWMS etc Check levels in scaffolding structures Inspect and tag scaffolding and in accordance with site, client and or project specific instructions (as applicable to job role) Maintain professional code of conduct at modify and dismantle scaffolding as per NZ Standards and job
