Marshall Clearwater

I am currently working at Gore Night 'n' Day Ltd. I have been in this position for two and a half years. I first started in my last year of high school, where I would work 20 hours a week for the year. I would work weekends and a few days after school, where I learned the skills I have to this day. Some of these skills include money handling, working in a team, food handling, and maintaining knowledge of daily specials and promotions in the shop, using delivery services such as Uber Eats and DeliverEasy. At the start of 2023, I was asked to be a shift supervisor. My role as supervisor is to run the shift, make sure everything is completed, and ensure the shop is clean for the next shift. I also have the responsibility to lock up the shop at the end of the night.

I used to volunteer as a leader at camp columba during the school holidays where i would lead a small group of children aged 5 to 13 years old for 5 days at a time. during the 5 days i would lead the children with multiple activities such as rock climbing and kayaking.

Sign Advertising.|I would go to my after-school job, where I cleaned the bathroom, kitchen, removed rubbish from bins, restocked job sheets, and would lux and sweep the floors. I work Tuesdays and Thursdays after school for 2 hours each day. During school holidays, I would help out with more advanced jobs, such as going out on daily jobs with the owners, helping put up signs, and during the summer of 2020, I spent three days painting the outside of the shop to give it a more modern look.
