Stock Liaison Controller/Admin Assistant

  • Responsible for the input of new orders for seasonal indent into Company Buying Indent from Order Blocks.

  • Ensuring that all Stock Splits files are made correctly and sent to suppliers in a timely fashion each season
  • Ensuring the Company Indent and Harmony is kept update to date throughout the season
  • Oversee and assist in the production of seasonal Code Books from Company Indent for stores and admin staff
  • Receiving in new season stock and entering it into the system and doing Quality checks and advising Company Buyer.
  • Tracking good sellers from and sourcing replacement stock where possible
  • Request stock from Suppliers for photoshoot and track delivery to admin.
  • Produce weekly Markdown report for Company Buyer
  • Assisting the Buying & promotions manager with the photoshoot preparations, e.g.: steaming of garments that will be used in the photoshoot, getting the accessories and shoes ready.
