Marty first came on board at Evergreen Landcare in late 2107. At the time I was Operations Manager

and directly responsible for Marty. Initially he was employed as a tractor driver however we quickly

found him useful as an all-rounder across all parts of the business. Marty worked well by himself

when required, but also worked well in almost any team he was assigned to assist with. He likes to

be head down working hard and thrives on deadlines. As an ex dairy farmer he has a large range of

skills we made the most of. Initially some of his finishing was a little rough as he was used to working

hard and fast under the pump however over the years I saw a great improvement in his attention to

detail. I have recently moved on from Evergreen myself and if I was still in an operational role I

would gladly employee Marty again, he is a pleasure to have onsite. I am confident Marty will
