Assisted doctors and patients with different procedures in various outpatient clinical settings:

• ORL CLINICS: punch and fine-needle aspiration biopsies, processing of flexible scopes, rigid scopes, videoscopes, channelled scopes, and other ORL instruments
• UPPER GI CLINIC: assist patients all through-out multidisciplinary management session
• UROLOGY: cystoscopy, transrectal ultrasound-guided biopsy, flowrate
• GENERAL SURGERY and COLORECTAL: sigmoidoscopy and proctoscopy, removal of sutures, wound care, vital signs recordings for e-waitlisted patients
• BREAST CLINIC: goserelin and faslodex injections, breast examinations, wound care, and schedule follow-up visits
• GYNECOLOGY CLINIC: pippele and other biopsies, mirena insertion, swab collection, and pessary care
• RESPIRATORY CLINIC: spirometry
• DERMATOLOGY: biopsy and sample collection
