I first started working for Early bird Construction as a hammer hand where i was quickly offered an Apprenticeship that led to me becoming Qualified Builder where i worked unsupervised or part of a team . I later on reached a more senior roll with in the compony where i was reworded with a company van and fuel card. Starting to run my own sites and teaching apprentices under some supervision. I developed Exceptional building skills and good friendships
I worked for Kelso Interior as a labour where I helped out on site cleaning and where i could but ended up getting more involved with the projects and stared to develop more building skills such as steal stud and allium joinery i was offered and apprenticeship but was advised to go do a building apprenticeship where i would enquire more skills
