During my time at Cummins, I have carried out a wide variety of work, learning the basics during my apprenticeship to carrying out a full out-of-frame rebuilds independently. I have learned to "do it once, do it right," while I was a apprentice and aim to further my knowledge and understanding as a technician. I am hard working and go the extra mile to finish a job, especially when the customer needs there truck back on the road. I take pride in my work and enjoy hearing feedback from customers when they are happy with the job I have done.

- Use logical steps to pinpoint faults, and use the experience from previous jobs to diagnose faults
- Experience carrying out chassis work on Kenworth, Freightliner, International, and Western Star
- Experience using Cummins INSITE and electronic tools to diagnose and repair faults
- Carry out work to the best of my ability with a eye for detail, making sure that when a job is finished it doesn't return to the workshop to have any mistakes fixed
