Matthew Keogan

I am currently a self employed Home Maintenence contractor. I do a range of work including building work, general home Maintenence, painting, rubbish removal, landscaping and section Maintenence work.

I currently work alongside Harcourts with their property Maintenence team.

I have worked in Kianga Ora developments with repairs after houses have been transported onto site. The main repairs are transport damage with cladding, plastering and painting wall cracking inside, along with other defects picked up by the client.

I worked as a Shop assistant, I was responsible for ordering stock within a given budget, with sales representatives for the areas that I was responsible within the shop. I did the yearly stock take, and created regular shop displays and merchandising. I was often sole charge, and was responsible for opening and closing the store. I was also responsible for cash handling and the end of day banking and cash up.

I worked in the Civil construction industry. Tasks were concrete placing and preparation work, formwork and steel tying to steel placement, concrete kerbing, I did general maintenence inside the power stations for Contact energy and Mighty river power and having to liase with managers, I was also involved at the end of day vechile and equipment Maintenence and cleaning.
