As Operations manager, my goal was to create and implement repeatable systems to make sure that client purchase (hire/rental) decisions are as easy as possible. Taking responsibility for the studio space (including the storage areas), the management systems and equipment, ensuring repairs are made, team is in place and trained to use the systems created.
Success in my role meant our clients would have their best studio experience in New Zealand. From booking through to arrival, shoot and departure, the studio is clean, the team are welcoming and able to help with anything needed. All bookings are made aware of rental equipment being there if needed and we’ve done everything we can to make the client experience the best.
