Summary

To whom it may concern,

Hello , my name is Matt, I am a 28 year old Kiwi Male that made the move over to Perth with my family in 2021 and achieved my High Risk LF Forklift license, White Card and Working in Confined spaces thus far all valid and up to date. I have gained experience as a a Forklift / was being trained for a 2iC role as a Warehouse Operator, Trades assistant, Construction Labourer, concreting labourer, Steel and Wire fixing labourer.

Because my mother was unwell and I was having to fly back and forth from Perth to Auckland I had to resign from my most recent full time job at Specialised Pipe and Fittings Australia in July 2024. I have been working casual and temp jobs which I haven’t felt necessary to include in my resume because I wasn’t there for long. I have since moved back to Auckland, New Zealand in October 2024 to be closer to my mum who is in good health, now and my family.

I know that I can bring my high work ethic, great communication skills, positive and humourful personality to any work environment whether it be working as a team or taking the initiative and putting my head down to get a job done individually. I pride myself in living by the quote “If you want something done right the first time , do it yourself”which I take into the work environment and adapt into the job at hand with the company's procedure of getting it done both efficiently and to the quality needed.
