In this role I looked after 1100 dairy cows. I employed 4 - 8 staff depending on the time of year. I was operating my own company 'Red Creek Farms Ltd' and was the the sole director and share holder.

This was my first contract milking role and the beginning of my contract milking business. I looked after 330 cows and employed 1 or 2 staff at different times of the year.

In This role i was a general farm hand and completed all farm jobs learning skills that progressed me on to future roles in the dairy industry. I have kept a great relationship with this employer and have been back to help them since leaving dairy farming to assist them when they have needed a hand.
