I've worked on multiple orchards in a diverse team in which we're meant to scan upwards towards 800 trees a day for small infections called Canker. Canker blends in with the bark so it was important to be focused throughout the job. Some orchards had criteria's for rooting trees different to others and some had criteria's on how to handle different trees. meaning that each work site needed me to adapt.
My highlighted qualities were...
- Had a 100% quality score by the end of my employment.
- Had the highest attendance out of the rest of my colleagues.
- Proved I was dependable and autonomous
- Able to socialise and cooperate with many different and changing team members.
- Was punctual, showing up on time no matter the location.
