KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Updated models using OBD, ABD, and MicroStation
• Prepared authority submission drawings
• Conducted clash checking via iTwin

• Created and updated 3D models for structural components
• Supported design documentation and authority submissions

3) 9-storey hotel development at Bencoolen Street

4) 80-unit strata housing at Sembawang Road

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Led BIM model creation and detailing
• Coordinated with project teams on RFI and design updates
• Decreased misunderstandings between architects and builders during the construction phase by providing clear and accurate BIM models for reference.
