I have a background in retail, where I gained hands-on experience working in a fast-paced supermarket environment. In this role, I was responsible for stocking shelves, maintaining store presentation, and providing excellent customer service. I also took on the responsibility of being a duty manager during closing shifts, overseeing staff, ensuring smooth operations, and handling any issues that arose. Throughout my work, I developed strong teamwork, leadership, and problem solving skills.
