Duties and Responsibilities

  • Preparation of Accurate Quotations / Offers with technical selections with data sheets, Tenders etc.based on the Customer’s enquiries and submit the Quotations back to them, well on time.
  • Forecasting and developing Monthly, Quarterly and Annual sales targets for the given regions and territories.
  • Arrange meetings with consultant & potential customers to prospect for new business, responding to incoming email and phone inquiries.
  • Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sales, gathering market and customer information.
  • Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and responsible Technical / Procurement Managers.
  • Representing company at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations
  • Coordinating with production / Technical Department for the progress of existing products and advising the customers with prompt delivery dates.
  • Technical calculation of products, preparation of drawings in coordination with Draftsman, its approval from Customers & execution of project

• Sales forecast & Budgeting

• Monthly Project Follow Up & Feed Back 

• Monthly Report on Quotations
