  • Handover for bookings given by travel designers and Guest Service starts the booking process with 7 day turnaround time to hand the confirmed booking to the Travel Designers.

  • Documentation- vouchers are emailed to external suppliers 14 days before arrival and the final itinerary is issued to an agent as soon as payments are cleared.
