Managed a Residential Support service where people with a mental health lived in accommodation with 24 hour staffing on site. Liaising with community mental health services. Responsible for maintaining the upkeep of the property. Managing a team of 20 staff. Recruitment, staff supervision and supporting clients and staff to keep the flats up to a high standard of cleanliness.

Managed a team of 25 staff at the Acute Mental Health service. For people who were assessed by a psychiatrist as needing a admission to inpatients at Hillmorton Hospital. The location provided a short term stay for up to seven days. There was 24 hour staffing. The service manager role included ensuring the standard of care was of the highest quality. Recruitment of staff, supervision with staff and managing the budget. Supported the chef and housekeeper when required .
