Christchurch,CAN

Summary

I am an energetic and motivated Kaiako and Mum of two children. Team work, communication skills and time management are some of my key skills. I have also had experience working with neuro-diverse learners, including autism. My positive, can-do attitude has helped me to adapt to changes and embrace new ideas and ways of doing things.

I have maintained professional relationships with our whānau, and I take opportunities to share my professional knowledge with them.

Working alongside tamariki and making a difference in their lives gives me a sense of satisfaction. My enthusiasm, out-going personality and ability to build relationships and communicate with people will make me a great asset in any early childhood environment. I have experience working with children of all ages through my leadership role at church and practicum placements. I embrace and value diverse cultures, and have experience working in a multicultural setting where children don't speak much english. My own Pasifika culture is important to me, and I take pride in sharing when I can. I am reliable, have a good work ethic and believe that my experience working with children, parents and teachers has given me a good foundation.
