My last Job before becoming a stay at home mother to four kids was at Work and Income in Mangere as a processing officer, handling client paperwork and working with clients over the phone. My Daily duties included showing empathy and problem-solving skills while effectively managing paper work and high call volumes at times.


Processing documents and approving ECE support for parents/families that were in need of help was very challenging at times but the workload and pressure helped with upskilling and character building.
