Through my life experiences and immersion in my culture, I have honed skills that enable me to connect authentically with individuals from diverse backgrounds. My work is driven by a passion to empower and uplift Māori and Pacific communities, particularly in nurturing leadership and capability. I am particularly drawn to working with young people from these communities, as I believe in equipping them with the skills and knowledge to excel in their chosen paths. My goal is to support youth in realizing their potential, fostering positive change, and contributing to their holistic well-being, encompassing physical, emotional, spiritual, and community aspects. Highly motivated employee with a desire to take on new challenges. Strong work ethic, adaptability, and exceptional interpersonal skills. Adept at working effectively unsupervised and quickly mastering new skills.
