With 19 years of experience in the transport and logistics industry, I’ve progressed through key leadership roles at Coda — from Scheduling Supervisor and Optimisation Specialist to my current position as Transport Operations Manager. I lead a diverse team of 30+ direct reports, support 10 indirect team members and manage the performance of five contract transport providers. This journey has deepened my operational expertise while strengthening my technical, strategic and people leadership capabilities.
