Operations
Manage and develop the office operations and systems

Manage the Venn properties (e.g., liaise with renters, landlords, etc.)
Events
Administer the delivery of all internal events for the organisation, including staff retreats,
staff lunches, birthday celebrations, Board dinners, and Christmas events
Administer the delivery of Fellowship events including retreat week, hosted lunches,
graduation
Help with the delivery of major organisational events such as the Summer Conference,
Winter Conference, and Winter School as directed
Manage RSVPs, registrations, invoicing and communications for all events
Manage staff movements for the delivery of events, including arranging travel, car hire, accommodation, and so on
Deliver high-quality events for Venn Foundation in line with the values and virtues of the
organisation, including the preparation of budgets, overseeing catering, creating spaces of
hospitality, and work with external contractors
General
Alongside other Venn staff members, to assist in supporting, mentoring, and encouraging
current Venn Fellows and alumni
Secure regular givers to support the work

Take and generate customer enquiry, quote, book, and support clients
Create customer repeats and referrals to grow my business
Build relationship with suppliers, wholesalers and support services in order to provide my customers a great travel experience
Use bespoke system to create a comprehensive budget for clients, giving holistic advice throughout regarding a plan out of debt and ways in which to increase income and/or reduce expenses
Negotiate with a wide range of service providers and creditors regarding clients’ contracts
Partially manage clients’ money in order to make payments/re-payments to service providers and creditors

Co-manage hundreds of clients CAP accounts at any given time

Provide administrative and practical support to the Executive Director and Programme

Coordinate and manage volunteers to help with residential and non-residential activities

Work in a team of four to organize, book and go on a twelve week, first-time tour throughout New Zealand and Australia to promote the work of Invisible Children (via documentaries, education and discussion) at Secondary Schools, Universities & Community groups
