  • Provided quality control, communicating with my supervisor on any missing or damaged items
  • Monitor inventory levels and reorder packaging supplies when needed
  • Take customer orders over the phone and listen to any inquiries or concerns. Assisting where possible and passing any major issues over to my supervisor
  • Enter all orders into our system. Create, print and email invoices where needed
