
I am a senior nurse with a background in Emergency Department leadership and 15 years’ experience as a Duty Manager, currently working as Charge Duty Manager (0.4 FTE) and Duty Manager (0.6 FTE) at Southland Hospital. I provide hospital wide operational leadership within a complex acute environment, overseeing patient flow, workforce coordination, risk management, and afterhours executive decision-making.
