I have a full tim job at Sutton Tools, operating FCP (Flexible Control Programming) machines to manufacture drill bits. This includes setting up the machines, monitoring the production process, and ensuring that the drill bits meet quality standards. I am also responsible for performing routine maintenance on the machines, troubleshooting any issues that arise during production, and adhering to safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

At Hellers, I was a casual cleaner. I would maintain the cleanliness and hygiene standards in the factory. This would include tasks such as sweeping and mopping floors, sanitizing equipment and surfaces, disposing of waste properly, and ensuring that all areas comply with health regulations.
