Employed as a Concrete Foreman to lead a team in Set Out , Ground Prep , Formwork , Placing and Finishing Concrete , Kerb and Channel , Vehical Crossings , V Drains , Slot Drains , Strom Water Out Lets.

Another Task was to hold Safety Tool Box Talks with the Team every morning before work starts

Using the team to identify hazards on site, all pre-starts must be done on all machines, including the concrete saw and blade, etc.

Responsible for all Arruzzi Concrete Works on Site.I report to My Azzurri Supervisor and Team

Making a weekly Plan with The Builder and Sub-Contractors, Day/Times/Concrete/Labour etc.

Responsible for Mobile Boom Pump area on site.

Holding Safety meetings with Sub contractors and concreting crews/Pump Crew.

Pre Checks on all Equipment,Tower Boom Pump,Trowel and Ride on Machines,Digger etc.

Eusuring all Service Trades have completed their work prior to pouring concrete..Steel work , Plumbing , under floor heating.etc

Setting Heights for concrete pours.RLs

Pumping Rate...Pour in Layers,work with the builder.

I am very strong with Communication, with my Supervisor,Team,Trades on site,sub contractors,suppliers.

Started with Fletchers in 2002 A Builders Appentice, gain my building Cert.23 Dec 2006.

Carry on as Senior Carpenter untill 2008.

My building experience with Fletchers was really good for me,it helped me to understand all types of works going on Site .System and Protocols Fletchers had back than were good us , { Block Classes , Site Safe Courses , Tool Account etc.}

than moving to Australia to work in construction was a different level.
