- Founding member of C2.
- Built initial business plan and business model for the development of a boutique carbon road frameset business targeting discerning customers seeking something unique.
- Set up the company from scratch from New Zealand, including the establishment of a subsidiary in Hong Kong for trading and warehousing.
- Worked with a Branding Agency to establish the core values and look & feel of C2 brand.
- As CEO I was responsible for the overall performance of C2. As a small team I also designed all the products, graphic design and packaging.
- I was responsible for building distribution and driving sales initially in APAC region, and then branching out to EU and North America.
- Worked closely with a marketing agency to establish both on-line and off-line marketing activities.
Division Manager - Neilpryde Bikes

- Developed initial idea and business plan to establish a brand extension from Neilpryde Windsurfing to Neilpryde Bikes.
- Presented business plan to board to seek approval. Then built the business unit within Neil Pryde Limited office in Hong Kong.
- Created partnership with BMW DesignworksUSA for the design of 3 initial bikes. Road Bike, Aero Bike and Time Trial Bike.
- I was responsible for the overall profitability of the division.
- I was also responsible for all product development and designed a number of award winning bikes during my time at Neilpryde Bikes.
- Working with my Sales & Marketing manager we established distribution in all key markets.
- Neil Pryde Limited was sold in 2015 and the new owners discontinued the Bike Division to focus on their core watersports business.

- Neil Pryde Limited owned a portfolio of brands in Watersports (Neilpryde Windsurfing, JP-Australia and Cabrinha Kites) and Snowsports (Flow Snowboards) and I was responsible for managing the overall distribution strategy for all the brands.
- This included working with wholly owned subsidiary distribution companies in France, Germany and United States as well independent distributors all around the world.
- This involved extensive travelling around the world to visit customers as well as establish new customers across.
- Worked closely with the company's lawyers to establish distribution agreement with many key customers.

- I was the Division Manager responsible for the overall performance of the business unit.
- DXL was a Snowsports Protection division within Neil Pryde Limited to leverage the distribution channels already established for Flow Snowboards.
- DXL was based on an adjustable helmet patent invented by a French Designer which the company had a licensing agreement with.
- I found a design agency called Fuseproject (Yves Behar) to be the lead designer for the helmet and we also decided to add a wearable protection baselayer.

- Aedas is one of the world's largest multi disciplinary Architectural firms around the world.
- During my time at Aedas, I specialized in large transport infrastructure projects, including KCRC Railway Station where I was the lead Station Architect working alongside the client and a team of Engineers.
- I was also the lead Facade Architect for R&F Centre, Guangzhou, China.
- I also spent a number of years seconded to the Hong Kong Airport Authority working on Terminal 2 and 2 Office Towers connected to the new terminal.

- Integrated Design Associates was born from the remnants of the closure of Foster and Partners' Hong Kong office.
- During my time at IDA, I was the Lead Architect for the Hong Kong Housing Authority Exhibition Centre which included an innovative glass bridge that spanned over a diorama of Hong Kong, allowing visitors a bird's eye view of Hong Kong showing the extent of Hong Kong's government subsidised housing projects.
- I was also the Facade Architect during the concept design stage of Parkview Green, a prestigious low energy building in Beijing, China.

- After graduation I returned to Hong Kong and started working for renowned architectural firm Foster and Partners on the new Hong Kong International Airport.
- I was an Assistant Architect to one of the package architects.
- Later I was the Lead Architect for the Airport Authority Accommodation, planning and designing all the back of house office spaces for Airport Authority staff.
- When the Airport Authority added the North West Concourse Extension I was the Lead Architect for all the public toilets.
