Summary
As quick learner with a mechanical aptitude, I have picked up many skills over my years of hard work, I started my working life in the seasonal farming communities that saw me move into machine operation & silver culture pruning in the forestry, I then moved to the rural far north and turned my hand to living off the land and working the same way, building & installing septic tanks. After moving back to the big smoke of Ohakune, where I was the quality control specialist checking out produce and responsible for carrying out basic machine maintenance. I am now at a stage where I am looking for a role, career – long term, where I can work with my hands and find practical solutions. Adaptable and experienced, I can think on the fly and come up with creative and out of the box ideas to fix problems. I feel comfortable working both on my own and in a team because I can listen to other people so we can work together as a unit. A loyal hard worker who is ready to go the extra mile and represent the company well. I am keen to start a new role where I can use my experience and learn new skills to get the job done.
