• Updating patient history (allergies, family hx, long-term conditions, medications, smoking hx, cervical screening, mammogram, diabetes review, cardio vascular risk)
• Taking vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse Height, weight, BMI)
• Tasks as per doctor/nurse's order
• ECG, COVID Swab (COVID YEAR)
• Phlebotomy, Urine test (dipstick/pregnancy test or preparation of specimen to be sent to lab)
• Chaperone to doctor during physical examination
• Driver's Medical screening, Vision test, Basic Casting
• Mini mental exam
• Immigration Medical & Pre Employment Medical
• URINE DRUG TESTING
• Patient Questionnaire and medical history taking
• Height, weight, BMI, head circumference (infants)
• Blood pressure, Vision test, Urine dipstick
• Generating laboratory form and specialist referral forms for doctor's approval
• Uploading of results to eMedical
• Answering queries via phone, email or walk-in patients
• Maintaining of clinical areas in a manner that recognizes Infection Control principles
• Cleaning and sterilization of medical instruments and equipment
• Orders and maintains medical consumables, laboratory supplies
• Health promotion (updating health information in waiting areas)
• Contacting patient as per Recalls (via phone, email)
• Requesting of medical notes from other providers/specialists
• Recording vaccine fridge temperature
• Answering patient queries via phone or email
• Data Entry, Making/Arranging Appointments
