•Corrections Officer working inside Auckland prison, responsible for ensuring the security and wellbeing of tane serving sentences or on remand. Induct people into their unit, help them to navigate life in prison and supervise daily routines.

•Being prosocial role model to help keep tane on track and stay complaint , also play a significant part in creating change and making our communities safer , high levels of integrity

•The role has varies, including tasks across specialised units, security levels and site-specific activities.

•Worked in maximum units but my main unit has been SNB and ISU unit, dealing with tane who need the extra care and some who need constant observation.

• Held the position of team leader for five guards assigned to an isolation facility located at Jet Park Hamilton Airport
• Served as a supervisor for ten months during the night shift and four months during the day shift

• Hotel entrance/s gate monitoring for unlawful entry and prohibited items, inductions for new workers, contractors, Nurses, NZDF and Police
• Hotel exterior and interior grounds guard patrols
• CCTV monitoring of all areas of the hotel, exterior and interior for breaches, managing distance breaches and behaviour of guests
• Working with NZDF personnel and reporting of incidents to MBIE management
• Radio communications with MBIE management, Security manager and NZDF (MIF-Managed Isolation Facility) personnel and management
• Administration work, replenishing of medical supplies, monitoring, and managing overall behaviour of staff and positive guests

• Ran a large rotational mould oven with a crew of 3 making 20 - 30,000 litre water tanks and other tanks for different jobs
• Periodically needed for trimming and assembling products to be dispatched to customers
• Occasional plastic welding jobs

• Began as an aluminium balustrade fabricator
• Progressed ahead of my work and moved to working at the storemen to progress my learning
• After a month, I excelled at the job, taking over the position and achieving nearly record-breaking dispatches
• Was responsible for order preparation, customer and supplier interactions, as well as the maintenance of a clean and organized store

• Acquired substantial knowledge and experience through the various job roles I undertook
• Job roles ranged from working with cow skins to stacking 25kg bags of milk powder into a 40-foot container, and furniture delivery

• I tended to a herd of 560 cows, performing duties such as milking and feeding
• Engaged in general farm work, which involved tasks such as fencing, weed spraying, and farm maintenance
• I also operated tractors and aided in feeding silage and maze
• Rearing young calfs
• Promoted Second in Charge in 2015
