Accomplishments

  • From 2020 to 2022 I managed the set-up of three warehousing & distribution (3PL) facilities (over 18,000sqm of warehousing space) across the North and South Islands.
  • By 2023 I had trained and mentored three key staff into senior operational roles (Supply Chain Manager, Warehouse Manager and Inventory Controller).
  • During 2020 I played a critical role in developing the Inventory Tracking & Demand Planning solution which integrated with multiple logistics and distribution providers. This was used by the NZ Government (Ministry of Health & District Health Boards) to coordinate, report on, and manage the domestic supply and distribution of C-19 vaccine and PPE.
  • In 2021 I worked on development of a dedicated coordinated rapid response (inventory) solution and team, which supported Emergency Management / FENZ logistics teams to ensure equipment was made available to ship to domestic and international emergency events within 6 hours (24/7/365).
  • In 2022 I had built a bespoke Warehouse Management System to manage inbound and outbound cross-dock shipments for large international apparel brands distributor.
  • From 2021 I had recruited, trained and developed over 50 staff into various warehousing operational roles servicing 20+ clients.
